Eating Out
It can be a challenge eating out at a restaurant anytime you have special dietary needs. It's getting easier and easier to find vegan options at almost all restaurants. You can always ask at any restaurant what vegan options they have or what you can do to make an item vegan. Here are some suggestions to make it a little easier the next time you go out to eat.
Taco Bell:
Crunchwrap Supreme: add black beans, remove beef, sour cream, nacho cheese
Been Burrito: Fresco Style, remove cheese
Power Menu Burrito: remove cheese, sour cream, avocado ranch sauce
Tacos: Fresco style, add black beans, remove beef
Spicy Tostada: remove cheese, chipotle sauce
Wendy's:
Baked Potato w/ chives: no butter, sour cream
Asian Cashew Chicken Salad: remove chicken
Garden Salad: no croutons, choose pomegranate or light spicy asian vinaigrette or light balsamic dressing
Black Bean Burger: no cheese or sauce (at select locations in Ohio, Utah, and South Carolina)
